The Internet site maison-corsini.com (the Site) is the exclusive property of CORSINI ANTIQUITES.

Consultation of the Site is subject to full acceptance and compliance by Internet users with the following conditions of use.

The Internet user undertakes to make personal and non-commercial use of the information contained on the Site. Should the user fail to comply with the provisions of this legal notice, he/she may be held civilly and/or criminally liable.

1. Site content

The Site is operated by CORSINI ANTIQUITES. It presents the services and products it offers.

2. Intellectual property

In general, the data, programs, musical samples, texts, information, logos, visual identities, animated or non-animated images and their formatting, videos, appearing on the Site are the property of CORSINI ANTIQUITES and are protected as such by the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code.

3. Personal data protection

Internet users may be asked to provide certain personal data when completing the forms offered on the Site. This information is required by CORSINI ANTIQUITES to process the Internet user’s request.

CORSINI ANTIQUITES collects personal data on the Site from Internet users who have contacted it, in particular via the online contact form or by subscribing to the newsletter. In order to provide its services, CORSINI ANTIQUITES processes only the following personal data strictly necessary for their contact request: surname, first name, e-mail address, telephone number.

The purpose of processing this personal data is to enable CORSINI ANTIQUITES to respond to Internet users’ requests.

CORSINI ANTIQUITES keeps a written register of personal data processed on the Site.

Personal data collected on the Site are processed solely by members of the CORSINI ANTIQUITES team.

Maison Corsini’s Brevo emailing service is hosted in France. Internet users are informed that their personal data will be subject to the same protection as that required in Europe insofar as Brevo is obliged to comply with the RGPD concerning the personal data of European citizens.

Retention period of personal data

CORSINI ANTIQUITES undertakes to keep this personal data, unless otherwise required by law or regulation, for a maximum period of three years from the last contact with the Internet user, whether initiated by CORSINI ANTIQUITES or by the Internet user (e.g.: sending of the newsletter).

At the end of this period or in the event of exercise of its rights by Internet users, CORSINI ANTIQUITES undertakes to destroy any copy of the personal data of Internet users that it may hold.
